My “why” is simple, it’s your best day ever, and we’re here to make sure it stays that way. At Northwest Weddings, we handle everything from vendor and timeline coordination to décor and design, making sure every moment feels intentional and every detail is executed perfectly. I’ve spent the last five years building a team of talented wedding pros who are as passionate about creating meaningful, memorable weddings as I am. We bring your wedding to life with care, creativity, and attention to every detail so you can fully enjoy your day.
In 2025, I expanded my passion for weddings with Vow & Vision Photography, finding beauty in the details and showcasing the art of simply observing. With one incredible team, I get to do two things I love most, planning weddings and capturing the moments that make them unforgettable.\Weddings are about love, laughter, and the moments in between. Over the past few years, I’ve had the joy of collaborating with couples to bring their most beautiful and meaningful celebrations to life. I truly believe your wedding day should feel effortless, joyful, and completely you, and I love helping create the space for that to happen.
Watching couples and their loved ones spend the day surrounded by love and laughter is exactly why I do what I do. As your day-of coordinator, my role is to make sure everything flows smoothly behind the scenes. From confirming details with vendors to building and managing your timeline, I handle the logistics, solve problems before you even notice them, and keep the day running seamlessly.
It’s such an honor to be trusted with a moment this special. I’m so grateful to the couples I work with for letting me play a small part in one of the most meaningful days of their lives, and I can’t wait to celebrate right alongside you.

Hi, I’m Caroline! I joined the Northwest Wedding team in 2025, but my love for weddings started long before that. I’ve always been drawn to celebrating life’s special moments, and when I decided to pursue event planning professionally, I knew Northwest Weddings was exactly where I was meant to be. Alyssa was the coordinator for my best friend’s wedding, which is how we first met, making this journey feel even more full circle!
Outside of weddings, I love exploring new restaurants and coffee shops around the city. What I love most about my work is building meaningful connections with our couples and helping bring their vision to life. I understand how much care and intention goes into every detail, and it’s such a privilege to be trusted with something so important.
It takes a village to bring a wedding day to life! Our assistants are an integral part of the Northwest Weddings team, helping manage the details, support our planners, and create a calm, organized experience from start to finish.
